About Acadiana EAP

Our History

The company was started through the entrepreneurial spirit of a respected female businesswoman, Mary Regan, and has been in operation since 1996.  The rapid growth of the company has seen it evolve from a single room office to its most recent move to the high-rise office building of FNB Towers in Downtown Lafayette.  Currently the company has seven full time employees, two part-time employees, two interns and numerous affiliate providers in locations throughout Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, California and Illinois.

The purpose of Acadiana EAP is to promote change and growth within organizations and individuals through the provision of quality, comprehensive and individualized services that meet and exceed the expectations of those the company serves.   The primary services provided to organizations include assessments, short-term counseling, a 24-hour crisis line, Family Mediation, Corporate Mediation and Coaching and a community resource referral network.  Additionally, the company offers employee and supervisor training, management consultation, Critical Incident Stress Management and Leadership evaluation and development programs.  Through it's exceptional and unique services, Acadiana EAP has already begun to redefine the role of employee assistance through a strategic alliance with organizational leaders.
