About our Affiliate Network

All of our clients are welcome to schedule an appointment at our Lafayette office. In instances where this is not possible, we have a network of providers located in many regions of the country. These clients are to call us, and we will be able to assist them in scheduling with one of our affiliate providers.

Each of our affiliate providers must go through an application and credentialing process, and our minimum requirements are as follows:

• Masters degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health profession
• Minimum of three years post-graduate experience
• State license/certification in area(s) of specialty
• Certified Employee Assistance Professional (preferred, but not required)
• Current Malpractice/Professional insurance
• Meets all professional standards of ethics
• Other considerations in our decision-making process include many factors to ensure that we maintain our high quality standards.
